You are invited to be a sponsor of the Ocean Shores Arts Expo 2008. This is an opportunity to show your sense of belonging to the community. Be partnered with the Lions Club of Brunswick and Mullumbimby by contributing to this enormously popular, well-attended art and history event now in its 5th year.
The purpose of the expo is to encourage artistic expression whilst developing a greater sense of belonging to community in Ocean Shores and the Brunswick Valley. This event has been expanding, and this year will include Sculpture along with over 100 painting entries and the children’s gallery.
In 2007, Ocean Shores Arts Expo attracted over 1,200 attendees, over $10,000 in art sales and has received ongoing, favourable media attention. This year’s theme of "Belonging" promises to inspire new works attracting $3,500 in prize money. Your support is welcomed and will ensure art lovers, artists and the community will enjoy this highly anticipated art and cultural event in the north of the Byron Shire.
