Craft Market
The Market is held on
Saturday 27 August 9am – 3pm.
We are now calling for creative stallholders.
If you are interested in being a stallholder please read the guidelines below.
Market Guidelines
As the market is held in conjunction with the 2011 Ocean Shores Art Expo it is necessary that market stalls do not compete with fine arts items for sale in the Expo.
If you do have fine art for sale, for example, sculpture and/or 2D work including paintings, drawings, prints and photography we encourage you to be an exhibitor in the Expo.
Market items should be of a utilitarian or practical nature. For example:
- Items crafted from clay such as; ceramic tableware, vases, tiles
- Handmade or hand-printed items made of fabric or felt such as; clothing, quilts, blankets, rugs, pillows, tablecloths
- Knitted and crocheted items such as; scarves, hats, jumpers
- Hand crafted jewellery
- Handmade baskets, candles, soaps
- Handmade greeting cards
- Hand-decorated items such as flower pots
- New and used tools
- New and used books
The Festival Committee reserve the right to ask stallholders to remove goods that do not meet the criteria.
Stall fees
| Standard 3 x 3 m stall | $30 |
| Small stall (card table size) with space behind | $15 |

Please make cheques payable to Ocean Shores Public School P&C.
Stallholders need to provide their own tables, chairs, umbrella or shelters. We do have limited tables available for a small hire fee.
